Job summary

Cartier North America in Costa Mesa seeks an Operations Coordinator to help drive boutique performance by upholding Maison compliance and delivering operational excellence. You will handle day-to-day processes, provide administrative support for transactions, logistics, and inventory, and assist with policy implementation.

In a fast-paced luxury retail environment, you will coordinate opening/closing, manage product movement, oversee stock levels, and support e-commerce workflows.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Additional language skills are a plus.
• Experience in luxury retail, service or hospitality is a plus.
• Excellent computer skills and use of technology; SAP knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure understanding and execution of all Maison policies and procedures; champion compliance.
• Coordinate opening and closing procedures for the boutique.
• Oversee product movement, shipments, transfers and stock in boutique with quality control.
• Monitor daily transactions and proper paperwork; support e-commerce and other transactional flows.
• Coordinate inventory counts and stock movements to ensure annual inventory accuracy.
