Job summary

Cartier boutique seeks an Operations Coordinator to support the commercial success through compliance and operational excellence. You will manage daily administrative tasks, financial compliance, logistics, and inventory control while helping create a seamless client experience.

You will coordinate opening/closing, shipping/receiving, and audits, collaborate with client-facing teams, and support special projects and best practices in a fast-paced luxury environment in New York.

Qualifications

• Associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
• Luxury retail, service, or hospitality operations experience a plus.
• Strong computer and MS Office skills; SAP knowledge preferred.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills with strong attention to detail.
• Must be available to work retail hours, including weekends, and travel for training as needed; able to move packages and products.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate opening and closing procedures, product movement, shipping, receiving, transfers, and inventory counts.
• Monitor boutique sales transactions and paperwork, support e-commerce workflows, and maintain financial compliance.
• Manage boutique supplies and storage organization, support care service and repair processes, and assist with audits and action plans.
• Maintain boutique standards, collaborate with client-facing teams and management, and support special projects and operational best practices.
