Qualifications

• Educational background with an associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
• MS Office proficiency is required; SAP knowledge is a plus.
• Industry experience in luxury retail, service or hospitality is a plus.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work retail hours, including weekends, and travel for trainings.
• Fast-paced, evolving environment requiring adaptability and problem solving.
• Excellent attention to detail and a collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Uphold Maison policies and ensure compliance within the boutique.
• Coordinate efficient opening and closing procedures.
• Manage product movement in/out, including shipments and stock losses prevention.
• Ensure proper packing, shipping, and receiving for high-value creations.
• Monitor daily sales transactions and related paperwork for accuracy.
• Support ecommerce and other transactional flows for smooth operations.
• Coordinate inventory counts and movements for annual inventory.
• Maintain Cartier standards in the boutique and with vendors.
• Partner with client-facing teams for replenishment and back‑of‑house needs.
• Assist with client repair flow, reports, and inventory reconciliation.
• Support boutique audits and action plan implementation with management.
• Participate in daily setup/breakdown for openings/closings.
• Share best practices with region/network peers; adapt to feedback.
• Contribute to special projects and KPI achievement.
• Stay current on industry news and brand heritage.
