Qualifications

• Understand the TUMI brand and have true passion for the lifestyle, clients, and product assortment.
• Value a collaborative environment and openness to feedback.
• The retail team stands, moves around the store, lifts 30‑pound boxes, and uses a ladder to complete duties.
• Have strong sales and client experience, preferably in the luxury market.
• Can demonstrate proven success in meeting sales goals and achieving KPI milestones.
• Flexible availability to work nights, weekends, mornings and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed personal sales and KPI targets, including conversion, DPT, UPT and Client Data Capture.
• Display initiative, plan and prioritize, and champion change with strategic thinking.
• Lead by example, take ownership of performance, and ensure timely task completion.
• Train and develop store associates, conduct roleplays, and support quarterly goalsetting.
• Communicate clearly, build relationships with clients, and uphold ethical standards.
• Ensure visual guidelines are followed and deliver a superior client experience.
