SMCP NORTH AMERICA (US, CANADA) in Scottsdale is seeking a Retail Keyholder to support the store leadership and elevate the client experience. You will assist with opening/closing, cash handling, and team motivation while delivering personalized service in a luxury setting.

You will build relationships with clients, provide styling guidance, and help maintain high standards of store presentation. This role offers growth opportunities within SMCP's Sandro and Maje brands.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in retail or customer service, with supervisory experience preferred.
• Enthusiastic about providing exceptional customer service in luxury retail.
• Knowledgeable and passionate about fashion trends.
• Excellent communication skills with a friendly, persuasive demeanor.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the team in the absence of the Store Manager/Assistant Manager.
• Assist with daily operations, including cash handling, opening/closing, and KPI tracking.
• Provide exceptional customer service with product knowledge and personal recommendations.
• Build and maintain a client book, fostering relationships and loyalty.
• Achieve sales targets through outstanding service and brand values.
• Address customer service issues promptly and professionally.
