Job summary

SMCP's Maje SoHo flagship in New York is seeking a Full Time Keyholder to support store leadership and deliver an exceptional luxury shopping experience. You will oversee opening/closing, help drive sales, manage cash handling, and mentor a small team while upholding brand standards.

You will enjoy a competitive hourly rate of $21–$23.50, plus 2% commission and wardrobe benefits, with great opportunities for growth within SMCP's Sandro, Maje, and Claudie Pierlot brands.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in retail or customer service with supervisory experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and persuasive manner, luxury service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the team in the absence of the Store Manager/Assistant Manager.
• Assist with daily operations, including cash handling, opening/closing, and KPI tracking.
• Provide exceptional customer service with product knowledge and personal recommendations.
• Build and maintain a client book and drive sales targets.
• Oversee stock replenishment and visual maintenance.
• Support new hires and foster team development.
