SMCP, home to Sandro and Maje, is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for Scottsdale Fashion Square. You will lead the team, drive personal sales, and ensure an exceptional client experience in a luxury retail setting.

You’ll train staff, uphold brand visuals, and act as Manager on Duty, addressing client needs with proactive, solution-driven leadership. This role requires 2+ years of supervisory retail experience and flexible availability, including weekends.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of supervisory experience in a client-focused retail environment.
• Passion for fashion and customer service.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team to deliver an elevated client experience.
• Drive personal sales and mentor peers to hit KPIs.
