Job summary

SMCP in Las Vegas is seeking a Keyholder to support store leadership, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and lead by example in a fast-paced luxury environment. You will open/close procedures, coach teammates, and drive sales with personalized service.

You will guide clients through their shopping journey, stay updated on the Sandro and Maje collections, and foster an inclusive, high-energy team culture.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in retail or customer service, with supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience in luxury retail preferred.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and brand storytelling.
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly, persuasive demeanor.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise store team in the absence of Store Manager.
• Assist with opening/closing, cash handling, and KPI tracking.
• Deliver exceptional customer service with product knowledge and recommendations.
• Build and maintain a client book and foster loyalty.
• Achieve sales targets through service and brand values.
