Job summary

SMCP, home to Sandro and Maje in Las Vegas, seeks a Keyholder to support store leadership and deliver exceptional client experiences. You will assist with opening/closing, cash handling, and leading by example while building lasting relationships with clients.

The role requires 1+ year retail experience, passion for fashion, excellent communication, and flexible availability including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year in retail or customer service; supervisory experience preferred.
• Enthusiastic about luxury retail and fashion trends.
• Excellent communication, friendly and persuasive demeanor.
• Adaptable and pursuing career in retail management.
• Social media presence is a plus.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team in the absence of managers.
• Assist with opening/closing, cash handling, and KPI tracking.
• Provide exceptional customer service and product recommendations.
• Build client book and nurture loyalty.
• Maintain store standards and visual merchandising.
• Support new hires and develop the team.
• Engage clients with an inclusive, personalized shopping experience.
