Job summary

Kate Spade New York is seeking a Supervisor to support store leadership in delivering a customer-first sales environment. You will supervise the floor, coach the team, manage cash handling and inventory, and drive KPI targets while upholding brand standards.

You will lead client outreach, build VIP relationships, participate in onboarding and training, and promote omni-channel selling including live-stream initiatives. Strong communication and Excel skills are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a retail service environment in a management or floor leadership role (luxury/premium or comparable retail preferred).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; detail-oriented, proactive, and able to multi‑task and prioritize effectively.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Social media literacy and understanding of platform trends.

Responsibilities

• Lead the floor and coach the team to achieve sales and KPI targets; analyze metrics and implement best practices to improve results and efficiency.
• Build client relationships through proactive outreach and store service standards; drive VIP retention and after-sales experiences.
• Drive omni‑channel and live‑stream selling initiatives and promote brand-safe social media engagement.
• Perform opening/closing procedures: cash handling, bank deposits, and inventory functions to maintain stock accuracy.
