Job summary

Prada Group is seeking an experienced Retail Construction Project Manager in New York to oversee high-end store projects from concept to delivery. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage budgets, schedules, and permits, and ensure quality finishes that meet luxury brand standards.

Responsibilities include coordinating with architects and contractors, reviewing drawings, and driving projects to on-time completion with rigorous safety and compliance. Travel to sites is expected as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• 5–10+ years of experience managing construction projects, preferably high-end retail or hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and luxury finishes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of high-end retail construction from preconstruction through close-out.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and cost reports.
• Coordinate with architects, designers, engineers, contractors, and vendors.
• Review shop drawings for design intent and constructability; ensure on-time delivery.
