Job summary

Brobston Group LLC is seeking an experienced Construction Program Manager to oversee all phases of high-end retail store projects from preconstruction through turnover. You will coordinate architects, designers, engineers, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure luxury finishes meet design intent and brand standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience managing construction projects, preferably high-end retail or hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, building codes, luxury finishes, and quality control.
• Proficiency with project management software (MS Project, Procore, Primavera, or similar) and P2P/SAP systems.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, leadership skills, and ability to manage multiple fast-paced projects.
• Ability to travel as required for site visits and meetings.
