Qualifications

• Manage budgets, schedules, cost tracking, and procurement activities.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, vendors, and internal teams across functions.
• Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance on site.
• Attend weekly OAC meetings and report progress and risks.
