Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in luxury retail projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field.
• English required; Italian a plus.
• Proficient with AutoCAD, MS Project and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise and coordinate architectural and construction activities for renovations and new stores.
• Collaborate with Legal and Real Estate to validate locations and advise on leasing construction provisions.
• Prepare project schedules and budgets and track milestones.
• Coordinate with Landlord’s team to obtain drawings and timing.
• Prepare Project Brief and collaborate with HQ in Italy on layouts and designs.
• Review drawings to ensure consistency with project and concept from early submission to shop drawings.
• Manage project administration, vendor orders, invoices, and payments.
• Prepare and update budgets and master project schedules for finance review.
• Organize bidding for GC, millwork, and consultants; oversee tender processes.
