Job summary

Christian Louboutin seeks a Project Manager for Store Development in the Americas, based in New York City. You will lead end-to-end delivery of new and renovated stores, shop-in-shops, and pop-ups across the region, ensuring brand standards and timelines.

You will coordinate with Architecture, Construction, Operations, Visual Merchandising, Finance, Logistics, and external consultants, driving status updates, budgets, and quality. Local market knowledge and luxury retail experience are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
• 5+ years of store design project coordination/management experience.
• Strong knowledge of store planning and construction methods.
• Fluent in AutoCAD and Adobe CS; rendering ability is a plus.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple tasks.
• Exceptional customer service and strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication.
• Brand ambassador with passion for Christian Louboutin.
• Experience in medium-sized multinational or luxury business.
• Additional language fluency is a plus.
• Adheres to company policy and confidentiality.
• Proactive, professional, flexible, and collaborative team contributor.
• Easily adapts to changing business needs.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day project execution with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and Global Architecture.
• Guide design reviews and ensure consistency with brand standards across regions.
• Review cost estimates, bids, and renovation budgets.
• Communicate design, budget, and schedule updates to internal departments.
• Coordinate with partners to keep work moving efficiently and clearly.
• Oversee display fabrication and ensure brand standards are met.
• Ensure brand items are ordered through approved vendors and coordinate with Logistics.
• Complete punch lists with brand and project partners.
• Maintain accurate project records and archives.
• Partner with Operations, Visual Merchandising, and Maintenance for smooth handovers.
• Travel to project sites and fabrication workshops for quality control.
