Job summary

Tiffany & Co. seeks a Project Manager, Store Planning and Construction to lead luxury retail projects from planning through handover. You will balance strategic oversight with day-to-day execution, coordinating with design, procurement, IT, and operations to ensure flawless store openings.

The role emphasizes collaboration across central and local teams, rigorous budgeting, and on-time delivery, with travel to sites as needed. A focus on brand quality and client experience is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture or construction project management.
• 4+ years of experience in store planning/design/construction with retail expansion.
• Experience in luxury market.
• Experience collaborating with vendors and consultants in North America.
• Traveling approximately 35% is required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

• Plan project briefs, programs, schedules and budgets aligned with the Store Development Lifecycle.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to align milestones and budgets.
• Manage external consultants and general contractors to meet deliverables.
• Review drawings, conduct page turns and manage design development through construction.
• Utilize Unifier, Coupa, PlanGrid and MS Projects for budgets and drawings.
• Close out projects on schedule and ensure 100% defect-free handover.
