SIMONMILLER is seeking a Full-Time Client Advisor to open and operate its first Palm Beach store. You will combine elevated clienteling with trusted key-holder and manager-on-duty responsibilities, building a client community from the ground up and driving store success.

As a trusted style authority, you will deliver personalized service, tell the SIMONMILLER story, and manage opening/closing, cash controls, and inventory accuracy while contributing to events and partnerships.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury, contemporary, designer, specialty retail, hospitality, or another high-touch client environment.
• Proven ability to cultivate genuine client relationships and translate exceptional service into loyalty and repeat business.
• Commercial fluency across conversion, average order value, units per transaction, and other core retail performance measures.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store as a trusted key holder and manager-on-duty.
• Deliver elevated client experiences and build a loyal client portfolio through tailored outreach.
• Provide confident styling, product storytelling, and cross-category recommendations to drive sales.
