JAMES PERSE is hiring a full-time Lead Client Advisor for our Palm Beach location. The role focuses on client development, sales targets, and delivering exceptional customer service while upholding visual merchandising and store standards.

The position oversees store operations in the absence of Store Management and requires experience with high-end retail and a cultivated clientele. Flexible scheduling is expected in a 7-days-a-week operation.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail/boutique selling high-end goods.
• Cultivated clientele following preferred.
• Open scheduling availability based on business needs, including 7 days a week operations.

Responsibilities

• Achieve daily, monthly, and annual sales targets and KPIs.
• Establish relationships with clients and manage communications.
• Set the example for exceptional customer service and store standards.
• Maintain selling floor, visuals, and store standards.
• Grow existing clients and reach new prospects via networking.
• Open and close the store and perform opening/closing procedures.
• Participate in events and projects as needed (e.g., Sample Sale, Inventory).
• Adhere to store procedures while maintaining client experience excellence.
