Job summary

SIMONMILLER is seeking a Part-Time Client Advisor for its new Palm Beach store. You will lead luxury clienteling and sales in a multi-brand, design-driven environment, introducing clients to the brand and building loyal followings in a new market.

Role focuses on personalized styling, product storytelling, and meaningful interactions that drive conversion, AOV, and repeat business. Daily operations, events, and community partnerships are part of the role.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury, contemporary, designer, or high-touch client environments.
• Ability to cultivate genuine client relationships and translate service into loyalty.
• Sophisticated clienteling approach with discovery, styling, storytelling, cross-selling, and closing.
• Fluency with conversion, average order value, units per transaction, and other retail metrics.
• Initiative to support daily operations, visual execution, and floor readiness.
• Exceptional communication and emotional intelligence, with accountability.
• Affinity for fashion and SIMONMILLER aesthetic; experience with CRM tools; flexible schedule including weekends/holidays.

• Deliver store results by strengthening conversion, average order value, units per transaction, and repeat business.

• Serve as a trusted style authority for local and visiting clients, encouraging repeat visits.
• Stay immersed in collections, launches, materials, fit, and brand initiatives while contributing to events and partnerships.
• Elevate the full store experience by supporting visual standards, replenishment, stockroom organization, and floor readiness.
