JAMES PERSE is seeking a Lead Client Advisor for our Palm Beach location. You will drive client development, deliver top-tier service, and uphold visual and operational standards.

In the absence of Store Management, you will oversee store operations and staff as the most senior presence. The role requires experience in luxury retail, a high level of client focus, and the ability to work a seven-day operation with flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• College degree is preferred.
• Experience in a high-end retail environment is expected.

Responsibilities

• Achieve daily, monthly, and annual sales targets and KPIs.
• Establish relationships with clients and manage communications.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain store standards.
• Maintain selling floor, visuals and store appearance.
• Grow existing clients and reach new prospects through networking.
• Support operational tasks and store projects.
• Open and close the store and perform opening/closing procedures.
• Demonstrate local market knowledge of clientele and competitors.
• Participate in events and special projects as needed.
• Adhere to store procedures while maintaining client experience.
• Other duties as assigned.
