Retail for the People in Palm Beach is seeking a Senior Client Advisor for a long‑term pop‑up at Royal Poinciana Plaza. You will deliver highly personalized, high‑touch service to a discerning, fashion‑savvy clientele while driving store performance.

Ideal candidates have 1–2+ years in luxury retail, are client-focused, and comfortable styling, clienteling, and maintaining an elevated selling environment. This role offers competitive hourly compensation with commission, plus a generous wardrobe

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of luxury or premium retail experience (required).
• Proven ability to drive sales through clienteling and personalized service.
• Strong understanding of client experience standards and retail operations.
• Familiarity with Shopify POS, RFID systems; comfort learning new systems.
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a refined, elevated experience for every client from greeting to checkout.
• Act as a trusted advisor, listening, guiding, and curating looks for each client.
• Build loyalty through follow-up and personalized clienteling.
• Consistently achieve and exceed sales, conversion, UPT, and AUR goals.
• Maintain product presentation, sizing, and replenishment on the floor.
• Open and close procedures as needed; support stock receiving and inventory.
• Collaborate with leadership to create a cohesive, high-performing environment.
