Responsibilities

• Deliver a polished and personalized client experience from first interaction through follow-up.
• Drive sales, conversion, and clienteling results.
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients through outreach.
• Develop a personal client book and retain consistent clients each season.
• Stay knowledgeable across seasons, collections, product launches, and brand initiatives.
• Support events, activations, collaborations, and community-building efforts.
• Maintain the store environment and support daily operations, inventory, visual merchandising, product floor preparation, and administrative needs.
• Contribute to a collaborative, inclusive, and positive team environment.
