TUMI is seeking an Associate Manager for our Retail team. You will create a premium client experience that reflects the brand ethos while building lasting relationships and driving sales through exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Understand the TUMI brand and have a passion for luxury lifestyle and product assortment.

• The team is physical in nature and may involve lifting up to 30 pounds and ladder use.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed personal sales and KPI metrics, including conversion and Client Data Capture.
• Demonstrate initiative, plan, prioritize, and drive change effectively.
• Train and develop store associates; support quarterly goal setting for personal development.
• Coach and provide feedback; maintain strong written and verbal communication.
• Ensure payroll accuracy, maintain TUMI University training, and follow policies.
• Maintain visual merchandising guidance and deliver a premium client experience.
