Job summary

TUMI is hiring for an Associate Manager in our Retail team. You will create an exceptional client experience, build strong client relationships, and drive sales through outstanding service in a luxury environment.

The ideal candidate demonstrates a passion for luxury, travel, fashion, and lifestyle markets, with an entrepreneurial spirit and opportunities for growth as we aim to increase sales, KPI performance, client awareness, and brand growth.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering exceptional client service in luxury retail.
• Proven ability to meet sales goals and KPIs (conversion, DPT, UPT, Client Data Capture).
• Strong team collaboration and coaching skills.
• Ability to lead by example and drive performance.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed individual and store baseline goals for personal sales and KPI metrics inclusive of conversion, DPT, UPT and Client Data Capture.
• Display initiative, plan, prioritize and champion change with strategic thinking.
• Train and develop store associates through coaching and roleplay; support Store Manager with development plans.
• Communicate effectively at all levels and maintain ethical conduct; adapt to change and collaborate with the team.
• Maintain payroll accuracy and ensure compliance with company policies.
