Qualifications

• Must understand and reflect the TUMI brand in client interactions.
• Strong sales-driven mindset with KPI focus.
• Proven ability to coach and develop store staff.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lead by example and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed personal sales and KPI targets (conversion, DPT, UPT, data capture).
• Demonstrate initiative, prioritization, strategic thinking, and change leadership.
• Train and develop store associates; conduct coaching and goal setting.
• Coach and provide feedback; leverage company tools for 360-degree development.
• Maintain strong client relationships and collaborate with team for store success.
• Oversee payroll/timecards, training, and adherence to policies.
• Ensure visual merchandising standards and exceptional client experience.
• Uphold ethics, adapt to change, and contribute to store goals.
