TUMI is seeking an Associate Manager for our Retail team. This role focuses on creating an exceptional client experience while driving sales and building strong relationships with customers in a luxury context.

Qualifications

• Must understand and be passionate about the TUMI brand and luxury lifestyle.
• Value collaboration and openness to feedback.
• Able to stand, move, lift up to 30 pounds, and use a ladder as needed.
• Strong sales and client experience, preferably in luxury retail.
• Proven track record of meeting sales goals and KPI targets.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, mornings and holidays.
• Strong integrity and leadership by example.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed personal sales goals and KPI metrics.
• Plan strategically, prioritize tasks, and drive change where needed.
• Develop and coach store associates through training.
• Provide clear coaching and feedback to team.
