Tumi Holdings Inc is seeking a part-time Associate Manager for our Santa Clara, CA store. The role focuses on creating an exceptional client experience, building strong client relationships, and driving sales through outstanding service in a luxury retail environment.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for luxury lifestyle markets, a strong service mindset, and the ability to grow within an entrepreneurial retail culture that emphasizes growth, KPI achievement, and brand awareness.

Qualifications

• Strong client service orientation and ability to build relationships.
• Experience in luxury retail or high-end fashion is preferred.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed personal sales and KPI metrics, including conversion, DPT, UPT and client data capture.
• Demonstrate initiative, leadership, and the ability to plan, prioritize, and drive change.
• Participate in training and development for store associates; support the Store Manager.
• Communicate effectively, ensure ethical conduct, and maintain brand standards across all interactions.
• Assist with payroll accuracy and adherence to store policies and visual guidelines.
• Flexibly work nights, weekends, mornings and holidays as needed.
