Tumi Holdings Inc. seeks an Associate Manager within its Retail team to craft a client experience that reflects the brand ethos, foster strong relationships, and drive sales through outstanding service.

The ideal candidate will be client-service oriented with a passion for luxury, travel, fashion, and lifestyle markets, contributing to growth through world-class service and brand-building initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed individual and store baseline goals for personal sales and KPI metrics including conversion, DPT, UPT and Client Data Capture.
• Display initiative, plan and prioritize, show strategic thinking and champion change in an effective manner.
• Take pride in work and strive for excellence; meet deadlines and take responsibility for performance.
• Training and Developing: help teach others training content through roleplay and coaching; support store manager training needs.
• Coaching and Feedback: articulate strengths, goals and opportunities; use tools to create a coaching culture.
• Communication and Relationship Building: strong written and verbal skills; adapt communication up, across and down the organization.
• Compliance and Visual Merchandising: manage timecards for payroll accuracy, maintain training, follow visual guidelines and ensure a superior client experience.
