Qualifications

• Meet and exceed individual and store baseline goals for personal sales and KPI metrics inclusive of conversion, DPT, UPT and Client Data Capture.
• Demonstrate initiative, plan and prioritize, display strategic thinking, and champion change; take pride in work and meet deadlines.
• Training and Developing: Help teach others training content through consistent roleplay and coaching; monitor development and assist Store Manager.
• Coaching and Feedback: Clearly articulate strengths and opportunities; use company tools for 360-degree coaching; be open to feedback.
• Communication: Exercise strong written and verbal skills; adapt communication upwards, laterally and to the team; act with ethical conduct.
• Promote the organization’s goals and adapt flexibly to change; remain calm and deescalate situations; collaborate effectively with team.
• Compliance: Manage personal timecards to ensure payroll accuracy; maintain Tumi University Training; adhere to policies.
• Visual Merchandising/Client Experience: Ensure store follows visual guidelines; execute client books, thank you cards and event strategies to deliver superior client experience.

Complete quarterly goalsetting for personal development.
• Coaching and Feedback: Clearly articulate strengths, goals and opportunities. Show critical thinking capabilities and is solution oriented. Utilize company tools to create a 360-degree coaching culture. Openness to feedback from supervisors, peers and team.
