Qualifications

• Meet and exceed individual and store baseline goals for personal sales and KPI metrics including conversion, DPT, UPT and Client Data Capture.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed individual and store baseline goals for personal sales and KPI metrics inclusive of conversion, DPT, UPT and Client Data Capture.
• Display initiative, plan and prioritize work, demonstrate strategic thinking, and champion change.
• Train and develop store associates through coaching, roleplay and quarterly goal setting.
• Communicate effectively, maintain ethical conduct, and adapt to change while supporting team goals.
• Manage timecards to ensure payroll accuracy and uphold training standards.
