• Lead with initiative, plan, prioritize and drive change while maintaining excellence.
• Train and develop store team; conduct quarterly personal development goals.
• Provide coaching and feedback, use company tools for 360-degree development.
• Communicate effectively, adapt to different audiences, and uphold ethical standards.
