• Strong time management and organizational skills to handle store operations.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed personal sales and KPI goals (conversion, DPT, UPT).
• Lead with initiative, plan strategically, and drive change effectively.
• Train and coach store staff; support quarterly development goals.
• Communicate clearly, build relationships with customers and teammates, and maintain ethical standards.
• Ensure compliance with policies and uphold visual merchandising and client experience standards.
• Create a superior client experience and uphold brand guidelines across the store.
