Qualifications

• Understanding of the TUMI brand and passion for its lifestyle, clients, and product assortment.
• Collaborative mindset and openness to feedback.
• Ability to stand, move around a store, lift 30 lb loads, and use a ladder.
• Strong sales and client experience, preferably in the luxury market.
• Proven track record of meeting sales goals and KPI targets.
• Flexible availability for nights, weekends, mornings, and holidays.
• Strong integrity and ability to lead by example.
• Excellent time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed personal sales and KPI metrics including conversion, DPT, UPT and client data capture.
• Exercise initiative, plan, prioritize, and champion change while maintaining service excellence.
• Lead and develop store team through training and quarterly development goals.
• Provide coaching and feedback using company tools to foster a 360-degree coaching culture.
• Communicate effectively, both written and verbal, and build relationships across the team and with customers.
• Maintain payroll accuracy and comply with all company policies and procedures.
• Uphold visual merchandising standards and deliver a superior client experience.
