The ideal candidate is passionate about luxury, travel and lifestyle markets, committed to client service, and eager to grow with a brand that rewards initiative, teamwork and continuous training. This role supports store operations and coaching while upholding brand standards.

Qualifications

• Passion for luxury lifestyle and brand ethos.
• Retail experience, preferably in luxury.
• Ability to meet sales goals and KPI targets.
• Lift up to 30 pounds and climb a ladder as needed.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed personal sales and KPI goals.
• Demonstrate initiative and strategic thinking; plan and prioritize.
• Train and develop store staff; participate in goal setting.
• Provide coaching and feedback to team and peers.
• Communicate clearly; build strong internal and external relationships.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Ensure visual standards and client experience align with brand guidelines.
