Coach is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in a luxury retail environment to partner with the Store Manager on sales strategy, operations, and team development. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer experiences and maintaining Coach service standards on the sales floor and in the community.

You will lead and develop talent, drive omni-channel initiatives, and collaborate with leadership to respond to market trends and store performance metrics.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of leadership experience in retail or service industries.
• Strong customer focus in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with retail systems.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and strategy in partnership with Store Manager; monitor KPIs and adjust plans.
• Deliver exceptional service and uphold Coach service standards; act as brand ambassador.
• Lead, recruit, onboard, and coach team members; develop talent pipeline.
• Support Omni-Channel and digital engagement, including clienteling and virtual shopping efforts.
• Oversee store operations, scheduling, payroll, HR processes, loss prevention, and visual merchandising.
