Job summary

The RealReal in Kentucky is seeking a Customer Experience Lead to drive sales, mentor the team, and deliver a best-in-class shopping experience on the sales floor. You will educate customers on sustainable fashion, manage consignor relationships, handle daily store tasks, and support opening/closing per company procedures.

The role requires 2+ years retail experience, flexible hours, and a proactive, customer-focused mindset. This is a full-time on-site position at The RealReal.

Qualifications

• 2+ years retail experience in a customer or business-facing position.
• Flexible hours including holidays, evenings and weekends.
• Dedication to delivering an elevated experience to customers and employees.
• Ability to problem solve and collaborate with partnerships to achieve outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on The RealReal’s mission of sustainable fashion and business structure.
• Drive sales through customer engagement, suggestive selling, and product knowledge sharing.
• Clearly communicate consignor process and set expectations during drop off.
• Review and process items for shipment, ensuring cataloging and TRR quality standards.
• Ensure product is handled to the highest quality standards.
• Provide a high level of service while managing multiple customer journeys.
• Outreach daily to existing customers to drive store traffic.
• Support consignor relations issues and store opening/closing procedures.
