The RealReal is seeking an Inventory Operations Shopkeeper to handle backroom and sales floor processes, ensuring a neat, organized stockroom and store experience. You will collaborate with the store team to bring the TRR brand to life for customers and support a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

Responsibilities include inventory control, order preparation, and assisting with merchandising while upholding loss prevention policies and delivering excellent customer service.

Competenze

• 1+ year of experience in retail or customer service.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Able to lift up to 25 pounds when merchandising the floor.
• Proficient with store equipment and technology.

Mansioni

• Use inventory systems to scan, process and research shipments per policies.
• Prepare and ship customer orders following quality and packing standards.
• Support loss prevention policies and safeguard company assets.
• Manage inventory movement: markdowns, transfers, consolidations, receipts, POS.
• Assist in product placement and outfitting aligned with brand messaging.
