Job summary

The Hermès Miami Boutique seeks an Assistant Manager to partner with the Managing Director and Floor Director to drive sales, coach staff, and lead client development in a fast-paced luxury environment.

Responsibilities include daily supervision, on-floor leadership, identifying sales opportunities, conducting performance reviews, and ensuring CRM standards. This role reports to the Managing Director and requires a strong track record in retail management within luxury retail.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of retail management experience in luxury environment preferred.
• Must possess basic office skills including proficiency in Excel, Word, Cegid and E-time.

Responsibilities

• Daily supervision of staff (coaching, training and assisting in achieving sales objectives).
• Demonstrates active management presence on the sales floor modeling exceptional service.
• Identify sales opportunities and align with staff goals to drive boutique performance.
• Conduct monthly touch-base meetings and annual performance evaluations with leadership.
• Ensure CRM standards and compliant data capture of clients.
