Qualifications

• 4+ years of retail management experience, preferably in luxury.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, Cegid and E-time.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff daily and coach to achieve sales objectives.
• Model exceptional service and Hermès spirit on the sales floor.
• Identify sales opportunities and align with team goals.
• Lead monthly touch-base meetings and annual evaluations.
• Ensure CRM standards and data quality for client capture.
