Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in luxury environments.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Even-tempered with ability to multi-task.
• Self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills and flexible availability.

Responsibilities

• Meet monthly and annual sales goals as part of the boutique team.
• Organize and maintain the selling floor to support sales and client experience; ensure stock and VM standards are met.
• Assist with inventory preparation and provide after-sales support as needed.
• Process transactions accurately; manage receipts, CRM data, and POS communications.
• Maintain workstation cleanliness and assist management with POS decisions and discrepancies.
