Job summary

Hermès Miami Boutique is seeking an Assistant Manager to partner with the Managing Director and Floor Director to run all aspects of the business, drive sales, and develop clients through CRM and service initiatives.

You will coach staff, monitor floor presence, and identify opportunities while ensuring CRM standards and policy compliance across the team. The role requires luxury retail experience and strong leadership.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of retail management experience; luxury environment preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, Cegid and E-time is required.
• Ability to learn merchandise, POS and payroll systems and troubleshoot.
• Strong written and verbal communication with data interpretation skills.
• Physical capability to lift up to 25 lbs and flexibility in hours.

Responsibilities

• Oversee staff daily; coach, train and assist in achieving sales targets.
• Demonstrate active management on the sales floor and model Hermès service.
• Identify sales opportunities and align with staff personal goals.
• Lead monthly touch-base meetings and annual performance reviews.
• Ensure CRM standards and accurate client information per Hermès guidelines.
