Hermès Miami Boutique is seeking an Assistant Manager to partner with the Managing Director and Floor Director to run all aspects of the business, drive sales, coach staff, and develop clients via CRM in a fast-paced luxury environment. The role requires 4+ years in retail management, proficiency with Excel, Word, Cegid and E-time, and strong data interpretation to translate insights into actions.

The position is based on-site in Miami with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of retail management experience.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, Cegid and E-time.
• Ability to learn merchandise, POS and payroll systems.
• Ability to interpret sales data and translate into business recommendations.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lift 0-25 lbs.
• Flexible in work availability.
• Regular in-person work at a Company-designated location.

Responsibilities

• Daily supervision of staff (coaching, training and assisting in achieving sales objectives).
• Model exceptional service on the sales floor and ensure team embodies Hermès spirit.
• Identify sales opportunities by reviewing business by métier and aligning with sales goals.
• Conduct monthly touch-base meetings and annual performance evaluations with leadership.
• Maintain CRM standards and ensure associate compliance for client data capture.
