TUMI is seeking a Retail Assistant Manager to cultivate an exceptional client experience, drive sales, and mentor team members within a luxury environment. You will build client relationships, deliver world-class service, and uphold brand standards across merchandising and store operations.

The role emphasizes leadership, collaboration, and a proactive approach to achieving store KPIs while maintaining integrity and a guest-centric mindset in a dynamic fashion/旅 lifestyle setting.

Qualifications

• Understand the TUMI brand and have true passion for the lifestyle, clients, and product assortment.
• Values a collaborative environment and openness to feedback.
• The retail team stands, moves around the store, lifts, pushes boxes that weigh 30 pounds, and uses a ladder to complete job duties.
• Have strong sales and client experience, preferably in the luxury market.
• Can demonstrate proven success in meeting sales goals and achieving KPI’s.
• Flexible availability to work nights, weekends, mornings, and holidays as needed.
• Have a strong sense of integrity and an ability to lead by example.
• Have strong time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed personal sales and KPI goals including conversion, DPT, UPT, and Client Data Capture.
• Display initiative, plan and prioritize, show strategic thinking, and champion change.
• Take pride in work and strive for excellence; meet deadlines and complete tasks.
• Training and developing colleagues through roleplay and coaching; assist Store Manager with training.
• Coaching and feedback: articulate strengths, goals, opportunities, and provide constructive feedback.
• Networking and recruiting: assist Store Manager in hiring high-caliber team members.
• Exercise strong written and verbal communication; uphold ethical conduct and adapt to change.
