Qualifications

• Strong sales and client service experience, preferably in luxury retail.
• Proven leadership and ability to coach others.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Understanding of brand standards and product assortment.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed personal sales and KPI metrics.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships with a luxury service standard.
• Lead and develop store associates; coach and mentor.
• Help manage store scheduling, payroll, and daily operations.
• Ensure visual merchandising adheres to brand guidelines.
