TUMI is seeking an Assistant Manager for its Retail team to reflect the brand ethos in client experiences and to drive sales through outstanding service.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for luxury lifestyle, strong sales skills, and the ability to train and develop store staff while sustaining a high level of client engagement. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed personal sales and KPI metrics.

• Train and coach store associates; support development.
• Build strong client relationships and deliver world-class service.
• Assist with store scheduling, timecards, and payroll compliance.
• Ensure visual merchandising standards and a superior client experience.
