Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed individual and store baseline goals for personal sales and KPI metrics.
• Plan and prioritise work, demonstrate initiative and drive strategic change.
• Train and develop store associates with coaching and roleplay.
• Assist in recruiting and networking to maintain bench strength.
• Communicate effectively, collaborate with team, and uphold ethical standards.
• Assist Store Manager with scheduling, timecards and payroll.
