TUMI is seeking an Assistant Manager for our retail team to deliver an exceptional client experience and drive sales through outstanding service. You will build and maintain strong client relationships while leading and coaching the store team to achieve goals.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed personal sales and KPI targets (conversion, DPT, UPT, data capture).
• Demonstrate initiative, plan and prioritize, and drive change in a store environment.
• Train and develop store associates, provide coaching, and assist in recruitment activities.
• Maintain brand standards and visual guidelines to ensure a superior client experience.
• Collaborate with team to promote the organization’s goals and adapt to change.
