Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed individual and store baseline goals for personal sales and KPI metrics including conversion, DPT, UPT and Client Data Capture.
• Plan, prioritize and display initiative; drive change and strive for excellence in all tasks.
• Train and develop team members; conduct quarterly goal setting and coaching.
• Assist Store Manager with recruiting and maintaining a strong bench of candidates.
• Communicate clearly; maintain ethical conduct and adapt to change.
