Qualifications

• Understand the TUMI brand and have true passion for the lifestyle, clients, and product assortment.
• Strong sales and client experience, preferably in the luxury market.
• Proven success in meeting sales goals and KPI targets.
• Flexible availability to work nights, weekends, mornings, and holidays as needed.
• Have a strong sense of integrity and an ability to lead by example.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed personal sales and KPI metrics including conversion, DPT, UPT and Client Data Capture.
• Display a good sense of initiative, plan and prioritize; champion change effectively.
• Train and develop store associates; supervise coaching and quarterly goalsetting.
• Support recruiting and networking to ensure high-caliber team members and bench strength.
• Communicate clearly; collaborate with the team and adapt to change.
• Assist with scheduling, timecards, payroll, and adherence to policies.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and deliver a superior client experience.
