TUMI in Georgia is seeking a results-driven Assistant Manager to lead the store’s client experience and drive sales through exceptional service. As part of our Retail team, you will build strong relationships with clients, mentor staff, and uphold TUMI’s luxury standards in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires weekend/evening availability, a passion for luxury lifestyle goods, and proven ability to meet KPIs.

Qualifications

• Understand the TUMI brand and have true passion for the lifestyle, clients, and product assortment.
• Values a collaborative environment and openness to feedback.
• Retail team stands, moves around the store, lifts, pushes boxes that weigh 30 pounds, and uses a ladder to complete job duties.
• Have strong sales and client experience, preferably in the luxury market.
• Can demonstrate proven success in meeting sales goals and achieving KPI’s.
• Flexible availability to work nights, weekends, mornings, and holidays as needed.
• Have a strong sense of integrity and an ability to lead by example.
• Have strong time management skills.

Responsabilités

• Meet and exceed sales goals and KPI metrics including conversion, DPT, UPT and Client Data Capture.
• Display a good sense of initiative, plan and prioritize, show strategic thinking, and champion change.
• Take pride in work and strive for excellence.
• Take responsibility for performance and complete all assigned tasks and deadlines.
• Train and develop store associates through coaching and roleplay; monitor progress.
• Coach and provide feedback; use company tools to foster a 360-degree coaching culture.
• Network and recruit to ensure high-caliber team members and maintain bench strength.
• Exercise strong written and verbal skills; adapt communication; maintain ethical conduct.
• Promote organizational goals and adapt to change; remain calm and de-escalate situations.
• Collaborate effectively with the team.
• Assist Store Manager with scheduling, timecards and payroll.
• Maintain Tumi University Training; adhere to policies and procedures.
• Ensure visual merchandising guidelines and provide a superior client experience.
